Our Director Mr. Rakesh Reddy begins by talking about the journey and accomplishments of Aparna Constructions over 25 years of its existence. He shed more light on the topic of the pandemic leading to a Digital Transformation and said that the latest worldwide trends in the housing business would be exposed to discerning IT and finance professionals, who would eventually demand the same standards in Hyderabad. The standard amenities would include a world-class café, health and exercise centre, swimming pool, jogging trails, and a crèche.
He spoke about Aparna Constructions’ operation in the real estate industry. Its geographical locations market size, challenges, opportunities, key metrics, etc., and about the vision for the company’s growth aligned with the changes and growth of the market. He then stated that homebuyers are increasingly shopping for properties online because mobility and face-to-face connections are limited. To meet this online demand, developers are posting complete property documentation as well as 3D virtual walkthroughs on their websites. He also emphasised the fact that because of the expanding trend of remote work, buyers are looking to buy properties outside of metro areas, particularly tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
Concluding the conversation he pointed out that the entire sector will benefit from cheap interest rates and easy liquidity, especially in light of the Housing For All Initiative. The additional rationalisation of GST for under-construction projects, as well as tax incentives, will be a welcome stimulus.
