Stable property prices and historically low home loan interest rates have been major contributors towards the recovery of Real Estate Sales in Hyderabad in the first half of 2021. This upward trend is expected to bleed into the second half of the year as well. Most of the real estate activity in the city has been happening in the western corridor along the Gachibowli Road and the emerging growth corridors, including Nallagandla, Kompally, and Patancheru.
These three rising stars of the city, sitting in the western corridor of Hyderabad, along the Gachibowli Road have witnessed the maximum number of real-estate growth. Over 90 percent of new projects launched in the last year were seen in these localities.
With new policies being launched by the Telangana Government, being mutually beneficial to the buyers and the developers, there is a projection of rapid urbanization of the city in the near future. However, the development of Residential Real Estate Projects is being done in a planned manner to avoid urban congestion.
