The pandemic has forced a change in the patterns of functioning. With the COVID-19 crisis, the Real Estate Industry not only grappled with labour shortage due to reverse migration but also had to undergo changes relating to office jobs. Working from home was not a familiar concept for the industry and it had its fair share of trouble functioning with this new normal.
While it made people change their ways of working, it also brought about a change in the perspective of human resource acquisition. Now, the industry will actively look for people who are familiar or stay abreast with changing technology. Being tech-savvy would be a requirement in the skill set of a prospect employee.
