Being one of the first Real Estate Companies in the country to incorporate the latest technologies, we resolved to use automation in the entire process from planning and strategy. We found that automation at the bid level can help manage the aggregation and analysis of incoming data, quickly determining cost savings and opportunities. All of it wasn’t a smooth process, we had to endure a steep learning curve and quickly identify which weak links had to be resolved.
We have always tried to stay ahead of the curve, whether it came to incorporating environment friendly practices or adapting disruptive technology or implementing measures that ensure the safety of all our employees.
