The ongoing pandemic has reinstated the importance of owning a home, leading to a rise in demand for residential spaces and the builders are providing homes at a reasonable rate. In a recent conversation with 99Acres, our Director Mr. Rakesh Reddy talks about how Hyderabad is the ideal city for home-buyers, the benefits such as larger spaces and affordable rates, and most importantly the best places to buy a new home. They are:

Chandanagar

Being one of the best residential areas in the city, Chandanagar has about 34% of homes that lie in the budget segment of ₹80 lakhs-₹2 crores. These residential spaces come with all basic and high-end amenities that every home buyer is looking for.

Madhapur

Due to its proximity to tech parks like HITEC City and other IT workplaces, Madhapur is an ideal choice for the working class. However, despite being one of the most popular residential localities and providing a walk to work lifestyle, the property rates are reasonable and provide luxury amenities, a perfect choice for the millennial buyers.

Ghatkesar

This area is a micro-market situated along the periphery of Hyderabad, but has plenty of independent villas and gated colonies. The prices lie in the affordable range of ₹80 lakhs-₹1.5 crore, which is ideal for the working class segment. There is an anticipation of growth in Ghatkesar as the Telangana Government is planning to develop an IT hub in and around this locality and extend the metro line for better connectivity.
